Built-in refrigerators are customized to match surrounding cabinets with a panel ready design or not with a panel ready design so they stand out. Refrigerators that align with kitchen cabinetry preserve walking space in front of the unit and require specifically designed cabinetry. Built-in refrigerators are taller than freestanding refrigerators.

Freestanding refrigerators feature standard-depth or counter-depth design with only the doors extending beyond the base cabinet. They are easier to install or relocate, require no custom cabinetry and they fit easily into most kitchens.

Wine Refrigeration and beverage centers also called under counter refrigeration. A wine cellar or beverage center can be a left or right swing door, panel door, glass front, or solid door.
